Hey I’m Ruby
My name is Shannon Jolley - nickname Ruby - owner of Ruby Photography. I started taking photos when I was in 6th grade on my flip phone, and never looked back since. I'm currently living in Greensboro, NC with my husband and pet bird and we are loving it.
Here are some things to know about me:
My favorite color is green.
I did gymnastics as a kid for 8 years.
I LOVE photography but what I love more is capturing memories. So, this means that sometimes I deliver an imperfect photo because the memory is too perfect to not deliver.
My favorite season is fall and spring. I can't decide which one I like better!
A goal of mine is to shoot a wedding in every state!
One of my even bigger personal goals is to have a photoshoot on every continent, so let me know if you need a wedding photographer abroad!

Hey I’m Bryan
I’m Bryan, owner and founder of Lens Captive LLC. I grew up a big writer, but fell in love with weight visually telling stories brings. Everything I do has a tint of “old school”. Whether thats my love cars, or preferring vinyl over bluetooth, I enjoy everything manual and analog. This heavily translates into the overall look and feel of my work, and has allowed me to combine the best of vintage with the advantages of new technology.
Here are some things to know about me:
Originally from outside of Philadelphia
Had two black on black Porsche 944’s (one Turbo, one NA)
Played and loves to watch basketball
Moved cross country twice, drove both times
Would love to document an artist on tour or creating an album
Loves stand up comedy, but can’t stand comedic movies

We believe in being open with our couples. Lens Captive is an established videographer but newer to weddings — but don’t worry, he will be fully supported by me on the wedding day. You’ll still receive a meaningful, polished video — and our goal is to make this one of the most memorable and joy-filled parts of your wedding planning journey.
